1. Purpose; Relationship to Terms and Other Policies

This Review Policy governs the submission, moderation, display, use, reporting, and handling of user-generated reviews, ratings, responses, no-show reports, contractor reviews, and related review content on the LeaseScores platform.

This Review Policy supplements and is incorporated into LeaseScores’ Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this Review Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service. Your use of the Service, including your submission, posting, viewing, responding to, reporting, disputing, or reliance on any review or rating, is subject to this Review Policy, the Terms of Service, the Fair Housing Policy, the DMCA and Copyright Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines made available by LeaseScores from time to time.

LeaseScores’ objective is to promote a review ecosystem that is useful, relevant, non- discriminatory, and consistent with applicable law. However, LeaseScores does not guarantee the truth, accuracy, completeness, fairness, legality, usefulness, or reliability of any review, rating, response, no-show report, contractor review, profile, score, summary, or other user-generated or platform-generated content.

LeaseScores may interpret, apply, modify, supplement, or enforce this Review Policy in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law. A violation of this Review Policy constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Review Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control except to the extent this Review Policy is required to control under applicable law.

2. Who Can Leave Reviews

The Service may allow certain users to submit reviews, ratings, responses, reports, or related content through the features made available by LeaseScores from time to time. Review eligibility may depend on account type, verification status, relationship to the review subject, available documentation, feature availability, and other criteria determined by LeaseScores.

To submit a review, a user must have an active LeaseScores account and must satisfy any verification requirements made available through the Service, which may include email verification, phone verification, account verification, identity-related checks, property-related checks, or other review-submission requirements. Any reference to a “verified” account, user, review, property, or relationship means only that LeaseScores may have applied certain platform-review or verification processes; it does not mean that LeaseScores has independently confirmed the truth, accuracy, completeness, legality, or fairness of the review or the underlying experience.

LeaseScores LLC — Review Policy

Subject to this Review Policy, the Terms of Service, the Fair Housing Policy, and feature availability:

  • a. Tenants may review landlords or property managers based on the tenant’s genuine, direct

rental experience with that landlord or property manager;

  • b. Landlords and property managers may review tenants based on a genuine, direct

landlord-tenant, property-management, application, showing, move-in, lease, or rental- related experience, or based on contemporaneous business records relating to such experience;

  • c. Landlords, property managers, and other authorized users may review contractors or

service professionals based on a genuine, direct service relationship involving work requested, performed, quoted, scheduled, verified, or completed at a property associated with the reviewer; and

  • d. Other users or account types may submit reviews only to the extent LeaseScores

expressly makes such review features available through the Service.

Reviews must be based on genuine, firsthand experiences, direct business relationships, or contemporaneous business records, as applicable. Users may not submit reviews about persons, properties, businesses, contractors, or experiences with which they have no direct relationship. Users may not submit reviews on behalf of another person or entity unless expressly authorized by LeaseScores and permitted by applicable law.

Unless LeaseScores expressly provides otherwise through the Service, tenants may not review contractors or service professionals. LeaseScores may change which account types may submit, receive, view, respond to, or dispute reviews at any time and in its sole discretion.

LeaseScores may require reviewers to provide information or documentation supporting their eligibility to submit a review, including lease dates, property information, service dates, account type, business records, communications, invoices, work orders, or other information LeaseScores deems appropriate. LeaseScores may approve, reject, remove, restrict, suppress, reclassify, or decline to publish any review if LeaseScores believes the reviewer is not eligible to submit the review or if the review otherwise violates this Review Policy, the Terms of Service, the Fair Housing Policy, or applicable law.

3. Review Timing and Finalization

Reviews may be submitted during or after a rental, tenancy, contractor, service, or other reviewable experience, subject to feature availability, account eligibility, verification requirements, and any review-submission rules established by LeaseScores from time to time. LeaseScores may require a reviewer to provide dates, lease status, service status, property information, documentation, or other information relevant to the timing and context of the review.

LeaseScores LLC — Review Policy

Reviews submitted during an active lease, ongoing tenancy, pending move-in, active contractor engagement, or other ongoing relationship may be labeled as “In-Progress Review,” “Active Lease,” “Ongoing,” “Pending,” or with similar terminology determined by LeaseScores. Such labels are provided for context only and do not mean that LeaseScores has verified the truth, accuracy, completeness, fairness, or legality of the review.

LeaseScores may use a review-finalization process. If such a process is used, a review may automatically convert to a “Final Review” or similar status after a period determined by LeaseScores, including, for example, fourteen (14) days after the reported lease end date, service completion date, move-out date, or other applicable event. LeaseScores may modify, suspend, discontinue, or change any review-finalization process, timing, label, or status designation at any time.

Reviewers may be permitted to edit, supplement, update, or withdraw their rating or review text within the timeframe and procedures made available by LeaseScores. After a review is finalized, the review may be locked from ordinary user edits. However, LeaseScores retains the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, restrict, suppress, edit, annotate, reclassify, reopen, permit correction of, or otherwise take action with respect to any review at any time, including where LeaseScores believes the review may be inaccurate, misleading, outdated, fraudulent, retaliatory, discriminatory, unlawful, inconsistent with this Review Policy, the Terms of Service, the Fair Housing Policy, or otherwise inappropriate for the Service.

If a lease, tenancy, contractor engagement, or other relationship ends early, is terminated, is disputed, or is otherwise incomplete, LeaseScores may permit one or more parties to submit a review immediately or at another time determined by LeaseScores. The reviewer may be required to indicate the applicable status, such as “Lease Completed: No — Broken Early,” “Terminated Early,” “Disputed,” “Ongoing,” or another status designation made available by LeaseScores. Any such designation may be displayed publicly or used by LeaseScores for context, moderation, scoring, search, filtering, analytics, or other platform purposes.

The reviewer is solely responsible for the truth, accuracy, completeness, and legality of any review timing information, lease-status designation, service-status designation, or other contextual information submitted with a review. LeaseScores’ use, display, or non-display of any timing label, status designation, or finalization label does not constitute an endorsement, verification, approval, legal determination, or admission by LeaseScores.

4. What Reviews Should Include

Reviews should be truthful, relevant, non-discriminatory, and based on the reviewer’s genuine, direct experience or, where applicable, contemporaneous business records. Reviews should focus on specific facts and objective details rather than speculation, personal attacks, protected-class characteristics, or legally sensitive information.

High-quality reviews may address topics such as:

  • a. Communication and responsiveness;

LeaseScores LLC — Review Policy

  • b. Timeliness of repairs, rent payments, move-in readiness, scheduled appointments,

contractor work, or other relevant obligations;

  • c. Property condition, maintenance, cleanliness, damage, move-out condition, or completion

of work;

  • d. Lease administration, payment history, compliance with lease terms, handling of

maintenance requests, deposits, fees, notices, or move-in / move-out procedures;

  • e. Professionalism, reliability, documentation, scheduling, follow-through, and quality of

interactions;

  • f. For contractor reviews, quality of work, timeliness, communication, pricing transparency,

and whether the reviewer would hire the contractor again; and

  • g. Other lawful, relevant, and non-discriminatory facts directly related to the rental, tenancy,

property-management, contractor, or service experience.

Reviews should avoid vague conclusions where specific facts would be more helpful. For example, instead of stating only that someone was “unfair” or “bad,” reviewers should describe the specific conduct, timing, communication, lease issue, repair issue, payment issue, property condition, or service experience that forms the basis for the review.

Reviews must satisfy any minimum length, rating-category, documentation, or submission requirements made available by LeaseScores from time to time. LeaseScores may require reviews to contain a minimum number of characters, which may be fifty (50) characters or another minimum established by LeaseScores. LeaseScores may modify review-submission requirements at any time.

5. What Reviews Must NOT Include

Reviews, ratings, responses, no-show reports, contractor reviews, and other review-related content may not include content that LeaseScores believes, in its sole discretion, violates this Review Policy, the Terms of Service, the Fair Housing Policy, the DMCA and Copyright Policy, the Privacy Policy, any other LeaseScores policy, the rights of any third party, or applicable law.

Without limiting the foregoing, review-related content may not include:

  • a. References to, descriptions of, or statements based on protected-class characteristics or

protected-class proxies, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, familial status, disability, source of income where protected, immigration status where protected, age where protected, military or veteran status where protected, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law;

  • b. Disability-related, medical, reasonable-accommodation, reasonable-modification,

assistance-animal, service-animal, emotional-support-animal, pregnancy, family-status, children, source-of-income, voucher, government-assistance, immigration, national-

origin, religious, or other sensitive or legally protected information about another person, except to the extent expressly permitted by LeaseScores and applicable law;

  • c. Personal, private, confidential, or sensitive information about another person, including

Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers, financial account information, payment card information, credit information, consumer reports, background-check information, medical information, account credentials, private telephone numbers, private email addresses, precise home addresses of private individuals where not otherwise publicly displayed through authorized Service features, or other information that should not be publicly disclosed;

  • d. Threats, harassment, intimidation, coercion, extortion, blacklisting, retaliation,

punishment, improper pressure, or language intended to discourage or penalize any person for exercising legal rights, requesting repairs, disputing charges, requesting a reasonable accommodation or modification, reporting discrimination, filing a complaint, participating in a legal or governmental process, leaving a review, or engaging in other protected activity;

  • e. Statements instructing, encouraging, warning, or urging others not to rent to, lease to,

hire, work with, respond to, or otherwise deal with a particular person or business in a manner that is unlawful, retaliatory, discriminatory, defamatory, misleading, or inconsistent with this Review Policy;

  • f. Content that is false, misleading, deceptive, fabricated, manipulated, incomplete in a

materially misleading way, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, or submitted in bad faith;

  • g. Content based on rumor, speculation, gossip, assumptions, protected-class stereotypes, or

information not based on the reviewer’s direct experience or contemporaneous business records;

  • h. Spam, advertisements, promotional content, referral links, solicitations, unrelated content,

or content submitted primarily for marketing, self-promotion, search manipulation, or competitive interference;

  • i. Profanity, obscene language, vulgar language, pornographic content, hate speech, violent

content, abusive language, or content LeaseScores determines is inappropriate for the Service;

  • j. Content that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any copyright, trademark,

trade secret, right of publicity, right of privacy, contractual right, property right, or other intellectual property or legal right of any person or entity;

  • k. Content that violates or encourages violation of any lease, contract, confidentiality

obligation, non-disparagement obligation, settlement agreement, court order, protective order, privacy obligation, or other legal duty;

  • l. Consumer-report information, background-check information, credit-report information,

criminal-history information, eviction-report information, screening results, adverse-

action information, or other information obtained from a tenant-screening provider or consumer reporting agency, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law and LeaseScores;

  • m. Emergency reports, threats of immediate harm, requests for law-enforcement

intervention, or other matters requiring emergency services or governmental action; or

  • n. Any other content that LeaseScores believes may create legal, regulatory, operational,

marketplace-integrity, user-safety, reputational, or compliance concerns.

LeaseScores may remove, restrict, edit, redact, suppress, decline to publish, limit visibility of, reclassify, or refuse to restore any review-related content that LeaseScores believes violates this Section or otherwise creates risk for the Service, users, or third parties. LeaseScores’ decision to allow, remove, or restrict any content does not constitute an endorsement, verification, approval, legal determination, waiver, or admission by LeaseScores.

6. Review Responses

The subject of a review, including a tenant, landlord, property manager, contractor, service professional, or other reviewed user, may be permitted to post one public response to a review through the features made available by LeaseScores from time to time. LeaseScores may limit the number, length, format, timing, visibility, editing period, labeling, and availability of review responses in its sole discretion.

Review responses may appear with labels such as “Owner’s Response,” “Property Manager’s Response,” “Tenant’s Response,” “Contractor’s Response,” or other labels determined by LeaseScores. Any such label is provided for platform organization and does not mean LeaseScores has verified the identity, authority, accuracy, legality, or completeness of the response.

Responses must comply with the same standards applicable to reviews, including this Review Policy, the Terms of Service, the Fair Housing Policy, the DMCA and Copyright Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable LeaseScores policy. Responses may not include prohibited review content, including protected-class information, sensitive private information, threats, harassment, retaliation, blacklisting, defamatory statements, confidential information, intellectual property violations, consumer-report information, or unlawful content.

Responses should be truthful, relevant to the review, based on the responding user’s own knowledge or contemporaneous business records, and limited to appropriate context or clarification. Responses may not be used to intimidate, threaten, shame, punish, blacklist, retaliate against, or improperly pressure any reviewer, tenant, landlord, property manager, contractor, applicant, occupant, or other person.

LeaseScores may allow responses to be edited within a limited period, which may be forty-eight

  • (48) hours after submission or another period determined by LeaseScores. After that period,

responses may be locked from ordinary user edits; however, LeaseScores may, in its sole discretion, remove, restrict, suppress, edit, redact, annotate, reclassify, reopen, permit correction of, or otherwise take action with respect to any response at any time.

LeaseScores LLC — Review Policy

LeaseScores does not verify, endorse, approve, or guarantee the truth, accuracy, completeness, legality, fairness, or propriety of any response. LeaseScores’ publication, moderation, removal, restriction, or non-removal of any response shall not constitute an endorsement, verification, approval, legal determination, waiver, or admission by LeaseScores.

7. Content Moderation

LeaseScores may use a combination of automated tools, keyword screening, technical signals, manual review, user reporting, administrative review, and other moderation processes to help identify content that may violate this Review Policy, the Terms of Service, the Fair Housing Policy, the DMCA and Copyright Policy, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law. These processes are intended to support LeaseScores’ review-integrity and compliance efforts, but they are not exhaustive, error-free, or a substitute for each user’s obligation to comply with applicable law and LeaseScores’ policies.

LeaseScores’ moderation measures may include, without limitation:

  • a. Automated keyword screening or other automated tools that may flag reviews, responses,

no-show reports, contractor reviews, or other review-related content containing terms, phrases, patterns, or indicators associated with profanity, protected-class references, personal information, threats, harassment, retaliation, blacklisting, fraud, spam, manipulation, or other prohibited content;

  • b. Holding flagged content in a pending, restricted, suppressed, or non-public state before

publication, republication, continued display, or other availability through the Service;

  • c. Allowing users or third parties to report reviews, responses, no-show reports, contractor

reviews, accounts, or other content that they believe may violate this Review Policy, another LeaseScores policy, or applicable law;

  • d. Reviewing reported or flagged content and requesting additional information,

documentation, clarification, or edits from the submitting user, reporting party, review subject, or other relevant persons;

  • e. Approving, rejecting, editing, redacting, removing, disabling access to, restricting,

suppressing, limiting visibility of, annotating, reclassifying, or declining to publish any review-related content;

  • f. Warning users, limiting account functionality, requiring corrective action, suspending

accounts, terminating accounts, or restricting access to the Service for actual, alleged, suspected, or repeated violations; and

  • g. Maintaining, updating, supplementing, revising, or discontinuing LeaseScores’ keyword

lists, moderation criteria, reporting tools, review procedures, automated tools, and enforcement practices from time to time.

LeaseScores LLC — Review Policy

LeaseScores does not undertake any obligation to monitor, pre-screen, review, or moderate all content or user conduct, and LeaseScores does not guarantee that its automated tools, keyword screening, manual review, reporting systems, or other moderation processes will identify, prevent, or remove every violation or potential violation.

LeaseScores’ moderation decisions are made in LeaseScores’ sole discretion. LeaseScores may take action based on the content itself, surrounding context, account history, prior reports, prior violations, legal risk, regulatory guidance, marketplace integrity, user safety, or any other facts or circumstances LeaseScores deems relevant. LeaseScores may take or decline to take any moderation or enforcement action at any time, with or without notice, except as expressly required by applicable law.

LeaseScores’ receipt, review, moderation, publication, removal, restriction, or decision not to remove any review-related content shall not constitute an endorsement, verification, approval, legal determination, waiver, or admission by LeaseScores.

8. Review Integrity; Fake Reviews; Manipulation Prevention

LeaseScores may use account verification, submission controls, automated tools, technical signals, manual review, user reporting, documentation requests, moderation procedures, and other measures intended to help identify, reduce, prevent, or address fake, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, coordinated, incentivized, or manipulative reviews, ratings, responses, reports, no-show reports, contractor photo verifications, account activity, and other review-related content.

Without limiting the foregoing, LeaseScores’ review-integrity measures may include, in LeaseScores’ sole discretion:

  • a. Requiring email verification, phone verification, account verification, identity-related

checks, property-related checks, relationship verification, or other verification steps for some or all users or account types;

  • b. Limiting users to one account per email address, phone number, person, business, or

other identifier, unless otherwise permitted by LeaseScores;

  • c. Reviewing account activity, submission patterns, timing, IP addresses, browser signals,

device information, device fingerprints, account relationships, property relationships, payment information, review patterns, response patterns, contractor-verification patterns, and other technical, behavioral, or contextual indicators;

  • d. Flagging for manual review any review, rating, response, account, no-show report,

contractor photo verification, or other activity that LeaseScores believes may involve fake accounts, duplicate accounts, coordinated accounts, undisclosed affiliations, self- reviews, reciprocal reviews, compensated reviews, conflicts of interest, retaliation, manipulation, harassment, discrimination, blacklisting, or other misuse of the Service;

  • e. Requesting supporting information, documentation, or verification from users regarding a

review, rating, response, no-show report, contractor photo, account, property relationship,

LeaseScores LLC — Review Policy

tenancy relationship, management authority, contractor relationship, service relationship, or other submitted content or activity;

  • f. Delaying, rejecting, removing, disabling access to, restricting, suppressing, limiting

visibility of, reclassifying, annotating, recalculating, reweighting, or declining to use any review, rating, score, response, no-show report, contractor photo verification, badge, ranking, summary, or other review-related content or platform-generated output; and

  • g. Suspending, terminating, restricting, or reclassifying accounts that LeaseScores believes

may have been used in connection with fake, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, coordinated, incentivized, or manipulative activity.

Users may not submit, solicit, purchase, sell, trade, offer, threaten, or manipulate reviews, ratings, responses, no-show reports, contractor photo verifications, or other review-related content. Without limiting the foregoing, users may not: (a) create or use fake, duplicate, coordinated, or unauthorized accounts; (b) review themselves, their own properties, their own work, their own businesses, or affiliated persons or entities without disclosure and LeaseScores’ authorization; (c) submit or solicit reviews in exchange for payment, discounts, preferential treatment, threats, retaliation, or other improper incentives; (d) coordinate reciprocal or strategic reviews intended to manipulate ratings, scores, rankings, badges, or visibility; or (e) use the Service to retaliate against, intimidate, blacklist, harass, or improperly pressure any person.

Contractors and service professionals may not create landlord, property-manager, tenant, or other accounts to verify, review, rate, endorse, or otherwise validate their own work, photographs, services, profiles, or businesses. Users may not submit or verify content on behalf of another person or entity unless expressly authorized by LeaseScores and permitted by applicable law.

LeaseScores does not guarantee that its verification, integrity, moderation, or anti-manipulation measures will identify, prevent, or remove every fake, fraudulent, misleading, retaliatory, discriminatory, coordinated, incentivized, or manipulative review, rating, response, account, no- show report, contractor photo verification, or other activity. LeaseScores’ use of verification or integrity measures does not constitute an endorsement, verification, approval, warranty, legal determination, or admission regarding any user, account, review, rating, response, no-show report, contractor photo, property, tenancy relationship, contractor relationship, service relationship, or review-related content.

LeaseScores may modify, supplement, suspend, discontinue, or change its verification, integrity, moderation, and anti-manipulation procedures at any time and without prior notice. LeaseScores reserves all rights and remedies with respect to fake, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, discriminatory, coordinated, incentivized, or manipulative activity, including the right to remove content, restrict functionality, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold or remove badges or verification status, adjust scores or rankings, and pursue any remedies available under the Terms of Service, this Review Policy, other LeaseScores policies, or applicable law.

9. No-Show and Reliability Reports

LeaseScores may allow landlords, property managers, leasing agents, or other authorized users to submit no-show reports or similar reliability-related reports when a tenant, applicant, prospective

LeaseScores LLC — Review Policy

tenant, or other user fails to appear for a scheduled showing, viewing, appointment, move-in, inspection, contractor appointment, or other scheduled rental-related interaction.

Any no-show report must be truthful, accurate, non-discriminatory, non-retaliatory, based on the reporting user’s direct experience or contemporaneous business records, and submitted in accordance with this Review Policy, the Terms of Service, the Fair Housing Policy, and applicable law.

A no-show report may not be submitted where the reported user cancelled, rescheduled, provided reasonable notice, appeared at a materially different time or location due to the reporting user’s error, was prevented from appearing due to circumstances outside the user’s reasonable control, or where the report is submitted for any discriminatory, retaliatory, harassing, coercive, punitive, bad-faith, or misleading purpose.

No-show reports may be displayed on the reported user’s profile or otherwise used by LeaseScores as an informational or reliability-related indicator, such as by displaying a count of reported no-shows. No-show reports do not necessarily affect star-based review ratings unless LeaseScores expressly states otherwise.

No-show reports, reliability-related indicators, ratings, scores, summaries, labels, or other platform-generated outputs are provided for general informational and platform-use purposes only. They are not consumer reports, tenant-screening reports, rental-eligibility determinations, adverse-action recommendations, blacklists, or substitutes for lawful tenant-screening procedures, individualized assessment, or legal compliance. Users may not use no-show reports or reliability-related indicators in a manner that violates fair housing laws, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, state consumer-reporting laws, privacy laws, landlord-tenant laws, anti-retaliation laws, or any other applicable law.

A reported user may be permitted to dispute, respond to, or provide context regarding a no-show report through the reporting tools or other features made available by LeaseScores from time to time. LeaseScores may, in its sole discretion, review disputed no-show reports, request additional information from the reporting user, the reported user, or other relevant persons, remove or restrict the report, allow the report to remain, permit a response, limit visibility, or take any other action LeaseScores deems appropriate.

LeaseScores does not guarantee that any dispute, objection, or response will result in removal, revision, account action, or other remedial action. LeaseScores also may determine, in its sole discretion, whether no-show reports or reliability-related indicators expire, become less visible, are weighted differently over time, or are removed after a period determined by LeaseScores.

LeaseScores does not verify, endorse, approve, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the truth, accuracy, completeness, legality, fairness, or usefulness of any no-show report or reliability- related indicator. LeaseScores’ publication, moderation, removal, restriction, suppression, scoring, or decision not to remove a no-show report or reliability-related indicator shall not constitute an endorsement, verification, approval, legal determination, waiver, or admission by LeaseScores.

LeaseScores LLC — Review Policy

10. Contractor Reviews

LeaseScores may allow landlords, property managers, property owners, or other authorized users to submit reviews or ratings regarding contractors, service professionals, vendors, maintenance providers, or other service providers based on a genuine, direct service-related experience involving work requested, scheduled, quoted, performed, verified, or completed at a property associated with the reviewer.

Unless LeaseScores expressly provides otherwise through the Service, tenants may not submit reviews or ratings regarding contractors or service professionals. LeaseScores may change which account types may submit, receive, view, respond to, or dispute contractor reviews at any time and in its sole discretion.

Contractor reviews should be truthful, relevant, non-discriminatory, non-retaliatory, and based on the reviewer’s direct experience or contemporaneous business records. Contractor reviews may address lawful and objective topics such as quality of work, timeliness, communication, scheduling, professionalism, pricing transparency, completion status, cleanup, responsiveness, and whether the reviewer would hire the contractor again.

Contractor reviews may not include false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, retaliatory, harassing, privacy-invasive, confidential, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content. Contractor reviews may not disclose sensitive information about tenants, occupants, customers, employees, subcontractors, or other third parties, and may not be used to threaten, coerce, punish, blacklist, or improperly pressure any contractor, service professional, customer, landlord, property manager, tenant, occupant, or other person.

Contractors and service professionals may be permitted to post one public response to a contractor review through the features made available by LeaseScores from time to time. Contractor responses must comply with the same standards applicable to reviews and responses under this Review Policy, the Terms of Service, the Fair Housing Policy, the DMCA and Copyright Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable LeaseScores policy.

LeaseScores does not verify, endorse, approve, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any contractor, service professional, contractor review, rating, response, profile, photograph, verification, work quality, safety practice, licensure, insurance, permit, code compliance, pricing, invoice, payment, warranty, lien, dispute, or other contractor-related matter. LeaseScores may remove, restrict, suppress, edit, decline to publish, limit visibility of, reclassify, or refuse to restore any contractor review or response at any time and for any reason, including where LeaseScores believes it violates this Review Policy, the Terms of Service, another LeaseScores policy, the rights of any third party, or applicable law.

11. No Screening, No Blacklisting, and No Adverse Action Use

Reviews, ratings, responses, no-show reports, reliability indicators, contractor reviews, scores, summaries, labels, and other review-related or platform-generated content are provided for general informational and platform-use purposes only. They are not consumer reports, tenant- screening reports, rental-eligibility determinations, adverse-action bases, blacklists, or substitutes for lawful tenant-screening procedures, individualized assessment, or legal compliance.

LeaseScores LLC — Review Policy

Users may not use review-related content or platform-generated content as the basis, in whole or in part, for screening an applicant, determining eligibility, denying an application, increasing rent, requiring a higher deposit, imposing different lease terms, issuing an adverse-action notice, discouraging an applicant, blacklisting a tenant, or making any housing-related decision in a manner that violates applicable law.

Users are solely responsible for complying with fair housing laws, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, state consumer-reporting laws, privacy laws, landlord-tenant laws, anti-retaliation laws, adverse- action notice requirements, and all other laws applicable to their use of any information obtained from any source.

12. Review Appeals, Objections, and Reports

Users may report, dispute, object to, or request review of a review, rating, response, no-show report, contractor review, moderation decision, account flag, or other review-related content or action by using the reporting tools made available through the Service or by emailing LeaseScores at hello@leasescores.com with the subject line “Review Appeal” or “Review Concern.”

To help LeaseScores evaluate the request, the user should include reasonably available information, such as: (a) the review, response, no-show report, account, or content at issue; (b) the user’s relationship to the content or account; (c) the reason the user believes the content or moderation action is inaccurate, misleading, discriminatory, retaliatory, privacy-invasive, unlawful, or inconsistent with this Review Policy; and (d) any supporting information or documentation the user wishes LeaseScores to consider.

LeaseScores may, in its sole discretion, review the request, request additional information from the reporting user, submitting user, review subject, or other relevant persons, remove or restrict the content, allow the content to remain, permit a response, limit visibility, annotate or reclassify the content, restore content, maintain an account flag, remove an account flag, suspend or terminate an account, or take any other action LeaseScores deems appropriate.

LeaseScores does not guarantee that any report, objection, dispute, or appeal will result in removal, revision, restoration, republication, account action, response opportunity, explanation, or other remedial action. LeaseScores may review requests in the manner and timeframe LeaseScores deems appropriate under the circumstances, but LeaseScores does not guarantee any specific review timeline.

LeaseScores’ receipt, review, processing, rejection, or response to any report, objection, dispute, or appeal shall not constitute an admission that any content, account, user, review, rating, response, no-show report, contractor review, moderation decision, or platform action is accurate, inaccurate, lawful, unlawful, discriminatory, retaliatory, defamatory, privacy-invasive, misleading, proper, or improper.

LeaseScores’ reporting and appeal tools are not emergency reporting systems and should not be used to report emergencies, threats of immediate harm, or matters requiring law enforcement, emergency services, or governmental intervention.

LeaseScores LLC — Review Policy

13. Changes to this Policy

LeaseScores’ failure to enforce any provision of this Review Policy, the Terms of Service, or any other applicable policy shall not constitute a waiver of LeaseScores’ right to enforce such provision or any other provision in the future.
