Reviews on LeaseScores must never reference any protected class ā positively or negatively. This includes comments about a landlord's or tenant's race, religion, family composition, disability, or national origin. Even well-intentioned references are not permitted.
The following are examples of content that violates this policy (not exhaustive): "Great neighborhood ā quiet, no families with kids." "Landlord is from [country] so communication was difficult." "This building is perfect for young singles." "The property is wheelchair accessible but the landlord seems annoyed by it."
Fair Housing violations are our highest-priority moderation category. Flagged content is reviewed within 2 business days. Confirmed violations result in immediate removal. Repeat offenders may have their account permanently suspended.
